September 2017 - Microchip is making available through Mouser Electronics the ARM Cortex® M + based 32-bit microcontrollers with an integrated 2.4 GHz transceiver. The microcontrollers of this series are available in 32- and 48-pin enclosures with 256 kB of flash memory, 32 kB of SRAM and operating at a clock frequency of 48 MHz.
