Figure 1 shows a low-pass filter using a 741 operational amplifier but other ICs can be used. The figure is obtained from the simulation in the MultiSIM BLUE.
The CUT frequency is given by the RC network. See to section Mathematics for Electronics in this site to calculations for other frequencies. Observe the adjustments for the Bode Plotter to a correct display of the characteristic of the filter.
