This power supply can sources currents up to 22 A to a load. Voltage is 12 V and the transistor must be mounted on a heatsink. The zener can be changed to source 13,2 or 13,6 V if automotive devices are powered. The capacitor C2 can be increased to 4,700 µF if you want to reduce the ripple.
