TE Connectivity's VOLINSU Electric Vehicle Busbar (EVBB) Heat Shrink Tubings are single-wall electric insulation heat-shrinkable tubings designed from a flame-retardant material with excellent electrical properties. These tubings come in an orange color (RAL-2003 color) to quickly identify high-voltage circuits. The EVBB heat shrink tubings feature a 70°C minimum shrink temperature, a 2500V rated voltage system, a 2:1 shrink ratio, and a 90°C full recovery temperature. These tubings provide excellent dielectric strength for electric insulation in high-voltage environments and thinner walls. The EVBB heat shrink tubings are flame retardant, durable, and available in a large 20mm to 50mm size. These heat shrink tubings are RoHS and REACH-compliant. The EVBB tubings are ideal for high-current busbar applications such as automotive EV Busbar, industrial and commercial transportation EV Busbar, electric control, and battery cells.
