Texas Instruments TPS37100/-Q1 Window, Overvoltage, or Undervoltage Supervisors supply 105V input voltage with a 5uA low quiescent current, quick detection time, and an integrated buffer for voltage measurements. The TPS37100/-Q1 devices can be connected directly to a 24V/48V/72V battery or voltage rail for continuous monitoring of Overvoltage (OV) or Undervoltage (UV) conditions. Wide-hysteresis voltage alternatives are available to ignore false output deassertions caused by battery voltage transients. The TI TPS37100/-Q1 Window, Overvoltage, or Undervoltage Supervisors include two outputs (OUT A and OUT B) that are operated as separate OV and UV fault monitors, enabling the system to take different actions based on the fault that occurs. Also, the AOUT pin delivers a scaled-down version of the SENSE pin voltage and is intended to be sampled by the ADC for supply-voltage measurements. The user can choose the desired scaling factor based on the selected orderable part. The TI TPS37100/-Q1 Supervisors are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
