ROHM Automotive Digital Transistors
ROHM makes available through Mouser Electronics a wide range of AEC-Q101 certified transistors for automotive applications. Available in both NPN and PNP types, they have polarization resistors included. Supply voltages range from -50 to +50 V and currents from 100 mA to 500 mA of collector current.
