Renesas Electronics RZ/A3UL High-Performance CPU allows for reaching the full potential of a real-time operating system (RTOS). The RZ/A3UL integrates the 64-bit Arm® Cortex®-A55 CPU core performance with a maximum operating frequency of 1GHz. The device integrates an Octal-SPI memory interface with a simpler and more compact board design. In also has versions to support a DDR3L/DDR4 memory interface for high-speed DRAM.
