Littelfuse TPSMB Asymmetric TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients due to lightning and other transient voltages. These diodes feature asymmetrical reverse stand-off voltages, protecting from negative and positive transients with different clamping in a single device. The TPSMB asymmetric TVS diodes also feature 600W peak pulse power dissipation at 10/1000μs waveform, fast response time, and glass passivated chip junction. These diodes meet MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020 standard and are AEC-Q101 qualified. The TPSMB asymmetric TVS diodes are used in On-Board Charging (OBC) driving circuits, I/O interfaces, and VCC bus.
