Microchip Technology MCP8027 3-Phase Brushless DC (BLDC) Motor Gate Drivers include three integrated half-bridge drivers. The three half-bridge drivers can deliver 0.5A at 12V peak out current range for driving high-side and low-side NMOS MOSFET transistors. These BLDC motor gate drivers integrate two LDO regulators, a buck voltage regulator, an overtemperature sensor, a comparator, and power monitoring comparators. The MCP8027 gate drivers operate within the -40°C to 150°C temperature range and 6V to 28V voltage range.
