This circuit was published in an English magazine from 1977, but it can be easily assembled since all components are common. The transistors can be BC547 or BC548 for NPN and BC558 for PNP. The triac can be any of the TIC series and the lamp must be incandescent. The transformer has a secondary from 9 to 12 V with 200 to 500 mA. The indicated load can be much greater than 2 W, depending on the Triac.
