This circuit was obtained in a 1991 Electronics Handbook. The publication no longer exists, but this circuit can still be assembled, as the integrated circuit is a 741. What this circuit does is to add a distortion effect that makes the speaker's voice into a microphone connected to the input, like to the phone voice. The circuit must be powered by a symmetrical 9 to 15 V source.
