This circuit is from a July 1990 American magazine that no longer exists Modern Electronics. It is a pulsator that can be easily implemented with common components. The MOSFET can be of any type to 500 mA or more. The supply can be made with voltages from 3 to 15 V. The current pulses on the LED reach 1.9 A. The maximum value is obtained with 12 V.
