The components of this circuit are exchanged for modern equivalent such as 470 K for the pot and 100 ?F for the electrolytic, since the original values do not exist in the marketplace. The circuit has low power consumption and its gain is adjusted in the pot. We find this circuit in an Electronics Handbook (1990). The signal cables must be shielded and operational equivalent may be used. If power supply is used, it must have excellent filtration. The output impedance is low and enough signal level to excite common amplifiers.
