This simple LED effect is from a 1988 documentation, but it can be easily assembled today, despite more complete effects that can be purchased ready-made. The circuit is powered by a 6 to 12 V source and causes LEDs to flash according to the setting of P1. The effect employs 8 LEDs. More LEDs can be used.
