This is the traditional configuration of an adjustable tone filter with the LM567. The circuit uses a 4.5 or 5 V sensitive relay. In some applications on this site, we have output steps with PNP transistors to drive low sensitivity relays. The maximum operating frequency is around 500 kHz.
