Semtech RClamp03348P RailClamp® ESD Protection Diode is designed to minimize both ESD peak clamping and TLP clamping voltage. This diode is for up to eight lines on high-speed ports and the maximum capacitance of each line to ground is only 0.65pF. The RailClamp® ESD protection diode features 3.3V of working voltage and 0.42Ω typical (I/O to GND) low dynamic resistance. This diode comes in a 9-pin DFN 3.80mm x 1mm x 0.50mm 9-lead package and the intra-pair lead pitch is 0.40mm. The RailClamp ESD protection diode is Pb and Halogen-free. Typical applications include V-By-One, LVDS, eDP, MHL, and eSATA.
