Vishay Semiconductors MXP120A080FW MaxSic™ N-Channel MOSFET features 1200V drain-source voltage, fast switching speed, and 3μs short circuit withstand time. This MOSFET also features 139W maximum power dissipation (Tc=25°C) and 29A continuous drain current (Tc=25°C). The MXP120A080FW MOSFET is halogen-free and is available in a TO-247 3L package. This MOSFET is used in chargers, auxiliary motor drives, and DC-DC converters.
